I am still getting the hang of it but it takes great pictures. The only complaint I have is the same many others have expressed. The photos are pretty grainy at high ISO settings... of course most cameras don't do great in the dark. If you plan to take lots of indoor photos without the Flash you may want to go for the 5D or 1D but otherwise I am all for the 7D. Most of what I shoot is outdoor landscape stuff and it does great outdoors. @Trudi I really like it so far. I am still getting the hang of it but it takes great pictures.
