Cuil One of the Most Successful U.S. Startups of 2008??

I saw this mentioned on Tech Crunch today and I couldn’t believe it. Cuil, a company with a terrible name and a worse product was named one of the top start-ups of 2008 by BusinessWeek. Cuil received a lot of press in July when their search engine launched but since has seen traffic steadily decline.
